SpeedControl 1145

The compact design has a very low noise level as there are no fans in the frequency converter. As the frequency converter is therefore maintenance-free, it makes it suitable in many product configurations. At the same time, all parts are integrated in the product and therefore no external capacitors or inductors are needed. SpeedControl 1145 does not have built-in active cooling.

Engine selection

When the SpeedControl 1145 is to control a compressor motor, it is important that the SpeedControl 1145 is tuned correctly for exactly that motor.

We have already tuned the SpeedControl 1145 to a number of known compressor models and these have each got their own motor profile, which is either selected via ModBus interface or using a small add-on print that translates ModBus to 0-10V signal. If add-on print is selected, the motor selection is easily set via dip switches.

Tuning of new profiles

If you do not find exactly your selected compressor in the engine profile list, we are happy to help tune the SpeedControl 1145 so that it controls your compressor as best as possible.

As a rule, new profiles are tuned in our workshop, but in some cases it may be possible to perform the tuning remotely online.

Cooling plate

By default, you can choose between cooling plate with horizontal or vertical ribs or ColdPlate. If you want a different cooling plate, a solution can be found in collaboration with our development department
