SpeedControl 1002 has no built-in fans, ensuring an extremely low noise level. This also means that the frequency inverter is maintenance-free. The compact design, where all components are integrated into the inverter itself, eliminating the need for external capacitors or inductors, makes it suitable for many product configurations. SpeedControl 1002 does not have built-in active cooling.

When the SpeedControl 1002 is to control a compressor motor, it is important that the SpeedControl 1002 is tuned correctly for exactly that motor.
We have already tuned the SpeedControl 1002 to a number of known compressor models and these have each got their own motor profile, which is either selected via ModBus interface or using a small add-on print that translates ModBus to 0-10V signal. If add-on print is selected, the motor selection is easily set via dip switches.

If you do not find exactly your chosen compressor in the engine profile list, we are happy to help tune the SpeedControl 1002 so that it controls your compressor as best as possible.
As a rule, new profiles are tuned in our workshop, but in some cases it may be possible to perform the tuning remotely online.
By default, SpeedControl 1002 is built on a Cold Plate. If you want a different cooling plate, it is possible to replace it with another model in collaboration with our development department.
