Once you have chosen a LAN solution from us, e.g. a controller with LAN connection or a GateWay, it is possible to purchase LS SmartConnectCenter.

LS SmartConnect Center is not for the end user. It is a system for manufacturers and service companies. For manufacturers, it is possible to resell access to resellers or service companies for a selection of their products in the LS SmartConnect Center.

The LS SmartConnect Center provides a full overview of all or a selection of products. It is possible to monitor whether they are online or not. And when they are online, all functions can be monitored and any error conditions can be countered. Many minor fault conditions can be rectified remotely or the fault can be analyzed remotely, so that the technician has the correct spare parts with him when driving to the end customer. It saves many kilometers for the service cart and provides happy end customers who experience an extremely stable system and very competent technicians when visiting, as they always have the right parts with them.

The system is delivered in a full version for PC and a smaller version for PC and App.
