Our team of order processors, sales administration, key account managers and technical support is ready to response to your enquiry, regardless of whether you contact us by email or telephone. The day-to-day contact is often handled by sales administration and order processing, who coordinate delivery requests with Production and issue order confirmations etc. You also contact the sales administration if you wish to return or complain about a product.

Technical Support

If you have any questions regarding the selection or use of our standard products, you will be forwarded to our technical support. Here, in addition to getting guidance on choosing a product, you can also get guidance if the installation is tricky.

Key Account Managers

Our Key Account Managers handle all major customer agreements in relation to delivery terms, prices, discounts and payment terms. They are also the ones presenting new standard products to the wholesale market and agree on stock sizes etc.

If you are a manufacturer and are considering having electronics developed for a new product, you will be assigned the Key Account Manager with specialized knowledge of exactly the type of electronics you are considering using in your product. Your Key Account Manager is your contact person in LS Control and can advise you on technology choices and is the link to our development department and production. The Key Account Manager, in close cooperation with the development and production department, will ensure that you experience a fast and straightforward development process with subsequent optimal production at a competitive price. Do you want to have EMC tests carried out or e.g. pretest of compliance for your finished product, your Key Account Manager will be the link to the Test Department.

When the development work has been successfully completed and production is running smoothly, your Key Account Manager will continue to be your contact in LS Control and ensure  your ongoing experience  of high delivery reliability and trouble-free production of your product. Your Key Account Manager will also be your contact for any subsequent upgrades of your product or redesign, if optimization opportunities arise, or supply shortage of components for the production of your electronic product.
